The courses have been structured so that there is enough time to not only show you the techniques but to also give you time to practice.

Priced from around $20/ hr the majority of the courses are 8 hours long (2x 4hrs), you can come along and do a course in a day, two sat mornings or both afternoons of the same weekend.

All of our sessons are run by well trained, skilled and enthusiastic instructors. We meet and exceed the safety, quality and professional standards required by national authorities.
